At Nero.pk, we aim to process and deliver every order safely and on time through trusted courier partners. We provide nationwide delivery across Pakistan, with orders usually processed within 1 to 2 working days after confirmation. Estimated delivery takes 2 to 4 working days within Lahore and 5 to 7 working days for other cities and remote areas.

A standard delivery fee of Rs. 200 applies to all orders, and Cash on Delivery is the only available payment method. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances outside the control of Nero Pakistan.

How Much Does Shipping Cost?

What Payment Method Is Available?

  • Nero.pk currently accepts Cash on Delivery only. Online payments, bank transfers, and credit or debit card payments are not available.

  • Please provide a complete delivery address and active contact number when placing your order. Keep the total payable amount ready when your parcel arrives.

How Can I Track My Order?

Tracking details may be shared through SMS or email, after your order has been dispatched.

What Happens If Delivery Is Unsuccessful?

Additional charges may apply if an order is returned because of an incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept the parcel.

What Should I Do If My Parcel Arrives Damaged?

Contact us within 24 hours if your parcel is damaged, opened, incomplete, or incorrect. Please share your order number and clear photos of the parcel.
