Welcome to Nero.pk, the official website of Nero Pakistan. These Terms and Conditions explain how our website, orders, payments, deliveries, cancellations, and exchanges are handled. By using Nero.pk or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Is the Product Information Accurate?

We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, images, prices, and usage information. However, packaging, colour, or appearance may vary slightly.

Nero may update or discontinue products without prior notice.

How Are Prices and Payments Handled?

All prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and may change without notice.

Nero.pk accepts Cash on Delivery only. Online payments, bank transfers, and card payments are not available.

Nero may cancel an order because of incorrect pricing, unavailable stock, incomplete details, or verification issues.

When Is an Order Confirmed?

An order is confirmed after successful verification by Nero Pakistan. To process your order, we may require your:

  • Full name

  • Active phone number

  • Email address

  • Complete delivery address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information.

Can You Cancel an Order?

You may request cancellation before dispatch by contacting customer support. Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.

How Does Delivery Work?

Orders are delivered according to our Shipping Policy. A standard delivery fee of Rs. 200 applies to all orders.

Delivery times may vary because of weather, public holidays, courier delays, or circumstances outside our control.

What If There Is a Problem With Your Order?

A product received damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect may qualify for exchange within 24 hrs of delivery, subject to our Exchange Policy.

Opened or used oral care products cannot be exchanged unless received damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect.

Nero does not offer refunds or product warranties. Products must not be returned without prior approval.

Does Nero.pk Provide Professional Dental Advice?

No. Information on Nero.pk is provided for general education and product-use guidance only. It does not replace advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a qualified dentist.

Can Nero Website Content Be Copied?

No. Nero’s logos, product names, text, images, videos, graphics, and website content may not be copied or commercially used without written permission.

How Is Your Information Handled?

Your information is collected and used according to our Privacy Policy. Since Nero.pk accepts Cash on Delivery only, we do not collect or store online payment details.

Can These Terms Change?

Nero may update these terms when necessary.
